other or second part, as follows:-The said party of the first part, in consideration of the covenants,
w. Stewart agreements, and stipulations hereinafter entered into by the said Austin, doth hereby promise and agree to and with the said Austin, his executors, administrators, and assigns, in manner and form following, that is to say:--

1.-That he, the said party of the fist part shall and will, so soon as he shall be required by the said W. Stewart or his agent JG Austin, embark on board the British ship
